								marketing of corporate relocation and corporate 
								owned real estate. The Baird Group was chosen to

								USAA. The company was required to undergo annual 
								certified training in property evaluation, 
								reporting systems, maintenance and 
								administration services in selling these 
								corporate properties. Only companies that 
								provide the highest level of service are chosen
