The Baird Group was established in 1997 by Steven D. Baird. Corey James Baird joined the company in 2004. From the very beginning the founder held certain core beliefs:

The Baird Group was chosen to represent some of the largest companies including the Cartus Financial Corporation and USAA. The company was required to undergo annual certified training in property evaluation, reporting systems, maintenance and administration services in selling these corporate properties. Only companies that provide the highest level of service are chosen to represent these companies.

The Baird Group completes a significant amount of single family and commercial sales every year for private individuals. The company provides these clients consultation on maximizing realized equity based on current and past market trends along with The Baird Group’s superior technological and marketing resources. It also affords these clients access to the industry’s top legal counselors and accounting professionals for proper estate and tax planning.
